eRKTM-BR is a paperless bank reconciliation procedure, which enables enterprises to streamline and improve the reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger accounts. Thus, updates the General Ledger System and also receives timely entries from other systems.

Allowing in creating in General Ledger entries for deposit interest and bank services charges.
Bank services which integrate with all other eRK-Series products to track cheques, deposits, handles reversal of cheques and keeps an audit trail of all payments / transactions and deposits.
Reconciliation based on dynamic criteria specified by users.
Reconciliation based on individual document number, date and/or amount.
The system makes journals in the client's books, recording various other transactions that occur on the statement, e.g. journalizing interest earned for the month.
Reconciles all receipts and payments created from Payment Collection System and Accounts Payable System.
Bank reconciliation report could be produced daily or monthly basis.
Reports the list of cleared transactions, outstanding transactions and bank-to-bank reconciliation information.
Optional Features
Purge a cleared transaction by bank account ID and by transaction date.
Contributors / debtors data could be retrieved from banks' diskettes / CDs.
