Able to do separation - to process the payment of salary and other allowances given based on separation date.
Provides Management / Finance Department with a monthly salary and wages reconciliation with summary and/or detail transaction listing.
Tracks and maintains past benefits / claims / allowances / deductions / overtime rates and to compare with current rate to determine the changes in policies through the years.
Able to link to employee unpaid leave and execute salary deduction.
Able to pro-rate salary and allowance payment based on date joined or separation date.
Captures loan information, monitors loan balances and can be enquired online.
Optional Features
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows transmission of employee wages directly into nominated bank accounts. Each bank code has an EFT type attached and this allows multitude of transfer types.
Calculates contributions according to Inland Revenue Dept (IRD).
Full compliance with Statutory Requirements of IRD following the latest deduction rates for employees.
