wRK-LawEnforce captures violation data, issues violation ticket on the spot, e.g. traffic, parking, speeding, smoking & jay-walking and updates central database online via wireless capability, such as 3G, EDGE, GPRS, Wireless LAN, Wi-Fi, GSM and Bluetooth.

Address data, such as section and road are preprogrammed - User can define which section and road to be downloaded from the server.
One touch button able to upload all compounds to server - user just needs to press a button to upload all compounds into database, such as Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. Compounds will be automatically saved into the database, and the records in PDA will then be deleted.
Summary reports are provided, such as How many compounds have been issued by enforcement, How many compounds have been issued on a particular date, Report in graph / chart is easier for analysis purposes.
Lesser fields needed to produce compound - For non-traffic compounds, users have to key-in the information, such as To / NRIC / Address / Tel. No. (Optional). For traffic compounds, users have to key-in the information, such as Vehicle No. / Road Tax No. (optional) / Notes (Optional). And for other information, users need to select.
Provides all Acts, Bylaws and sub-codes, which can be downloaded from the server and all the records that have been downloaded from server will be saved as flag database. Therefore, the space taken is very small.
Reprinting of compound is allowed - System allows users to choose, which compound to be printed based on compound number.
Message of the day is printed on the compound - System allows users to change the message of the day at anytime and anywhere.
Barcodes for all compounds generated. Barcode, such as revenue codes, compound numbers and amount are provided in the compound.
Allows amendment on Act and Bylaw to suit the Offence, e.g. amanedments on Act and Bylaw are allowed to suit each and every offence.
Information, such as type, model, color of the vehicle by clicking the list box and all the information will be provided in the PDA.
Automated compound number generated (unique) - Compound number is automatically generated based on machine, i.e. 20020700900001.
Format = YYYYMMAAA99999
Where = YYYY = Year
MM = Month
AAA = Machine ID
99999 = Running Number
Current Date / Time captured automatically, based on the PDA's system date/time.
Input shortcut implemented - users can set the shortcut key, which they frequently used, i.e. compound = comp.
Pop-up keyboard display on the screen - users can pop-up the keyboard display on the screen by clicking it once.
Allows touch screen - users can write on the screen.
Backlight provided - users can set the backlight / contrast on itself.
Uses own set of handheld database - PDA uses the flag database that only takes a small amount of space.
Provides Application Version Control - RKK always updates the system to ensure it is running faster and stable. Therefore, we have a control version in this system.
