eRKTM-GPA is a system that manages property smartly. It provides consultation and services to local governments via GIS in areas, such as land records management, land use planning, zoning, public safety, engineering, property and facilities management to local governments.
Features
Maintains land records, such as parcel mapping, property assessment foreclosure information.
Property and Facilities Management covers land acquisition and disposition and building and property inventory.
Land use planning and zoning feature allows general plan mapping and analysis and zone mapping and case tracking, zoning approvals, zoning appeals, demographic analysis and mapping, economic development and it can be integrated to Permit System.
Engineering involves the services for storm drain mapping and analysis, sub-division review / lot mapping, routing of street sweeping, on-site sanitation, planting plants / trees, plants pruning and trimming trees.
Ad-hoc enquiry (with wild-card search).
Allows public enquiry and safety comprising online public enquiries / comments / suggestions as well as public safety such as e-Emergency (links directly to police headquarters branches), vigilance planning / response and recovery, enforcement patrolling planning, emergency response routing and public utilities and facilities analysis.
Planning and scheduling for maintenance of an enterprise properties, such as computer ware, electrical and electronic equipment, staff quarters, etc.
Repairing / upgrading can be achieve via GIS, HR and other relevant technical units' integration for upgrading or repair work.
Alerts respective personnel in monitoring landscaping activities.
