eRKTM-Licence is a centralized licensing system that transacribed the current manual process into a fully computerized and improved system. It produces composite licence, whereby a single application allows you to apply for multiple licences, as well as normal licences. It enables citizen to deal with government agencies, such as municipal / city councils on any licencing matters from home, via internet without having to be present at municipal / city councils' premises.

Batch and online printing of licences and notices. Processing of licences and notices are in two different modes either by individual or batch. Range processing is either by area code or account number.
Advance Payment allows licence holders to pay in advance for up to 3 years (pre-set). Nonetheless, the licence still can be revoked, if necessary. User only need to change the validity period in the screen and the system will automatically show the expiry date and calculate the balance when printing the licence.

Enquiry facilities - online enquiry with up-to-date information can be attained through various keys, such as:
Account number.
File number.
Applicant's name.
Company name.
Postal address.
Identification card number (new / old).

Modification of particular record, such as address, company name, and personal details can be done online real-time.
Payment adjustment is only accessible by the administrators. Modification, such as changing account number, payment mode, income / revenue code, amount and date of receipt are permitted.
Security Control provides multi-level security features, such as:
