eRKTM-Permit is the processing of permit applications, i.e. commercial permits, temporary permits and earthwork permits to the issuance of those permits.

Handle all types of permits, such as Temporary permits and Earthwork permits.
Captures all relevant information from various enterprises' technical unit that's required to do processing of the application for any type of permits.
Incorporates the ACTS, as business rules in issuing permits.
Retrieves successful applications from database, such as Rates (deposit), Rental, Amount paid.
Performs enquiries on availability or status of the resource applied for, such as the availability of sites.
Keeps track of permit owner's information, such as permit date, expiry date.
A permit will expire after six months, if no inspections have been performed. If the project has been inspected, the permit will be valid for an additional six months from the inspection date. If the permit is allowed to expire without all inspections being obtained or with work partially completed, a new or reissued permit must be obtained or the partial work removed.
